Attending my first Competition BBQ event as a judge

Ladies and gentlemen, I am excited to announce that I'll be attending the Mankato Cookout in Mankato, Minnesota in my first BBQ event as a judge in June.
I'll be providing my input on competition chicken, ribs and brisket in the 'Land of 10,000 Lakes' state!
I can sum up my anticipation in one word: "Tasty!"
I'll keep you posted on the experience! Oh, and side benefit, fishing, after all the great BBQ tasting is done....
